Magbay Expeditions started as an idea. We were trying to make some sustainable tourism in Magdalena Island, Baja California Sur, México. After seeing that the place is an absolute paradise, full of wildlife and a lot of different species, we wanted to share that with the world, and with that, help the local community and inspire others to do the same.
With the help of our good captain and friend Octavio Zarabia -a local from the community- we started our expeditions in 2021, having some unforgettable moments sharing the ocean, dunes, mangroves, food and more with our amazing guests!
We have the vision of doing ecotourism expeditions that can improve the local community while they show the beauty and perfection of this paradise. All our team shares the passion and love for Magbay and it’s ocean.
